Dispatch Order
At this stage, we check our stock of raw materials—such as T-shirts, DTF prints, and vinyl sheets—needed to create your product. If any materials are out of stock, we order them from our trusted suppliers. Once we have everything, we start producing and finishing your final product carefully to meet your expectations.
The dispatch time refers to the time needed to order, receive, and prepare the materials as well as to produce and finish the final product. It does not include the shipping time.
Once your product is finished, it is carefully packed, labeled, and handed over to the courier for delivery. You will then receive a tracking number to follow your package’s journey until it reaches your doorstep.
The shipping time is the time it takes for the courier to deliver the package to you and is calculated separately from the dispatch time.
